Meet Bill Stone

Prior to co-founding SSF, Bill spent thirteen years as a software developer, programmer/analyst, manager of application systems and senior project leader with a Cleveland-based national insurance company. In 1997, Bill turned his hobby as an investment enthusiast into his full-time profession as a private investor.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Ohio State University. He also pursued the Master of Computer Information Science degree at Cleveland State University. He completed 75% of the program before full-time employment engaged the bulk of his time and energy.

Bill now "spreads the wealth" of his investment knowledge by conducting investment analysis and research for Stepping Stone's clients.
