Please fill out the Financial Profile in either Excel or Word format. Once complete, please send it to us via email.

To password protect your Personal Planning Profile if sending by e-mail:
For PDF Files: Go to File Properties Security Security Method: drop down and click on Password Security Check the box “Require a Password to Open the Document” Fill in “Password Required to Open Document” Fill in the same password in the “Confirm Password” box Save the file Call Stepping Stone Financial at 440-247-4870 with your password.	For Word Files: Go to Tools Options Security Fill in the “Password to Open” box Re-enter password to confirm Save the file Call Stepping Stone Financial at 440-247-4870 with your password.
